A worldwide symbol of refinement, class and style; new wagon body style for 2011; fuel-sipping BlueTEC diesel engine available
The Changes and improvements for the 2011 E-Class series are extensive. For 2011, the E-Class range now includes new convertible and wagon body styles, but the exterior design of the entire E-Class lineup got an exterior refresh. The new cabriolet is class-leading in every way. Featuring the solid, smooth handling of the E-Class sedan, it innovates with Mercedes-Benz' new AIRCAP system, which is a pair of wind deflectors that divert air to keep the passenger compartment serene, even with the top down. It also includes AirScarf that directs heated air out of vents in the headrests. The new E-Class wagon is built on the E-Class sedan platform and is available with a 3.5L V6, the 7-speed automatic transmission shared with the rest of the lineup and 4MATIC all-wheel drive only. An all-new E350 BlueTEC diesel sedan debuts for 2011. It features a 50-state legal 210-horsepower 3.0L V6 diesel powerplant.
