The 2018 Expedition has been re-designed from top to bottom and now shares aluminum chassis construction with the Ford F-150. This nearly sheds 300 pounds from the outgoing model. Additionally, gas mileage predictably has improved as well as a much steeper peak power and torque curve for even more ease towing.
